This position involves collaborating with community partners to deliver impactful training sessions while managing logistics and assessing program outcomes. Your focus on inclusivity and evidence-based practices will ensure that the training initiatives remain accessible and engaging for all participants, fostering continual growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and delivery of training workshops
• Oversee the creation of online training materials
• Manage scheduling, procurement, and contracts
• Support development of evaluation tools and feedback analysis
• Engage with community stakeholders to ensure relevance
Requirements:
• Experience with event planning and capacity building
• Knowledge of LMS and digital engagement tools
• Background in Indigenous studies, Education, or similar
• Ability to facilitate training and adapt content for diverse audiences
• Available for national travel and evening events
