Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational visits to verify regulatory compliance
• Monitor on-time performance and identify risks
• Review administrative reports from cabin crew
• Manage Flight Attendant expense accounts
• Participate in emergency response planning
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in the airline sector
• 2 years in employee management, preferably unionized
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Must travel internationally and maintain qualifications
