Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of technical experience in application development or Salesforce platform delivery
- 4+ years of experience leading and managing technical Salesforce teams
- Strong experience in application architecture, solution design, and data modeling
- Proven experience leading development and solution delivery teams in agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile delivery frameworks
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, automation, and up-to-date delivery pipelines
