Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage litigation case loads
• Assess liability and damage quantum
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings,



and motions
• Conduct examinations for discovery
• Attend case conferences and court hearings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law or Juris Doctor
• Minimum five years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with trials and arbitrations
• Knowledge of Accident Advantages and Bodily Injury
• Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
