Responsibilities

- Manage SAP HANA projects: develop and execute project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams: coordinate SAP HANA consultants, IT staff, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: gather requirements, identify project scope, and define deliverables to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure quality assurance: develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and oversee testing of SAP HANA solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships: handle vendor contracts and relationships to support successful project delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- SAP HANA implementation experience: manage large‑scale projects and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives.
- Project management methodologies: apply methodologies to develop and execute plans, allocate resources, and control budgets.
- Cross‑functional team leadership: lead and coordinate teams that include SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders.




- SAP HANA product knowledge: strong understanding of SAP HANA products and their business applications.
- Risk management and quality assurance: identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure testing and quality of SAP HANA solutions.

Preferred Technical and Skilled Experience

- SAP HANA Cloud experience: deployment and integration of cloud‑based solutions with existing systems.
- Agile project management: apply agile methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects.
- IT Service Management: experience with ITIL frameworks to align solutions with business goals.
