Job Title: Physician (Consultant) in Allergy and Immunology
Work Site: Vancouver General Hospital
Status: Full-Time

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
Position Overview: Clinical Immunology and Allergy is a subspecialty of Internal Medicine providing clinical care for patients with atopic disease, medication allergies and immunodeficiencies. The role works closely with other specialties and pharmacy to provide care to both inpatients and outpatients.
Responsibilities
Cover call 1 in 6 weeks.
- Reviewing consults with residents
- Attend divisional rounds, M and M rounds, grand rounds, etc.
Qualifications
Education, Licensing, & Experience:
- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) - Full
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) – Desired
- Royal College certified in either adult or pediatric allergy and immunology (dual certified)
- Interest in medical education
