Enhance operational reliability as a Customer Reliability Engineer. Utilize your skills in analysis, problem-solving, and client interaction to ensure optimal performance and compliance with reliability agreements.
In this role, you will proactively troubleshoot customer product performance issues and develop tailored recommendations for equipment improvements. Responsibilities include managing seal evaluations and installation, providing customer training, and reporting on key performance indicators. You will need to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage troubleshooting of mechanical seals and support systems
• Collect and evaluate customer data for performance tracking
• Submit recommendations for improvement to engineering
• Prepare reports on KPI performance and improvements
• Communicate notable updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• 2-5 years' experience in equipment reliability
• Qualified engineering certification mandatory
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must be able to travel as required
