Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end‑to‑end delivery of technical initiatives across multiple teams Partner closely with the Delivery Lead to plan, track, and execute delivery commitments Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks are visible and actively managed Remove delivery blockers and enable engineering teams to focus on high‑value work Drive predictable delivery outcomes while balancing scope, quality, and timelines Technical & Engineering AlignmentAct as a technical partner to engineering teams (Dev Vibecoders), not just a coordinator Understand system architecture, APIs, AWS infrastructure, and technical dependencies Translate technical complexity into clear delivery plans and stakeholder communication Ensure engineering standards, non‑functional requirements, and operational needs are accounted for in delivery plans Support technical decision‑making by providing delivery and risk perspective AWS & Cloud Delivery ExperienceStrong understanding of solutions built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience delivering systems using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent) Ability to manage delivery risks related to scalability, resiliency, cost, and security in cloud environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management in AWS Operational Excellence & Production ReadinessEnsure delivery plans include production readiness, monitoring, alerting, and support considerations Partner with SRE, QE, and engineering teams on release planning and incident readiness Drive post‑incident reviews, action tracking,



and delivery improvements Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline Balance speed of delivery with system stability and risk management Hands‑on experience using Github/Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to support delivery activities AI Delivery ToolsAbility to use AI for:Delivery planning and summarization Risk identification and dependency analysis Status reporting and executive communication Supporting engineers with context, documentation, and clarity Encourage responsible AI usage within delivery and engineering workflows Understand AI limitations, governance, and enterprise considerationsAct as a trusted partner to Delivery Leads, Engineering Managers, and Architects Provide clear, concise communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Coach teams on delivery discipline, estimation, and execution best practices Foster collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and operations teams Create a safe, structured environment where Dev Vibecoders can thrive Required QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Engineering Delivery Lead, or similar role Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud‑based architectures Hands‑on experience delivering AWS‑based systems Experience working closely with senior engineers and technical leads Practical experience using Copilot or AI tools to improve delivery effectiveness Robust problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
