Lead meaningful camp experiences for children with autism and developmental delays. As a Summer Camp Facilitator, you'll create a supportive environment tailored to each camper’s needs.
In this role, you'll coordinate diverse activities, ensuring a positive atmosphere and promoting teamwork among campers. Your focus will be on encouraging creativity while effectively managing behavioral challenges. Collaborating closely with campers and caregivers is essential, as is completing required reports promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily activities to engage all campers
• Motivate campers to participate and think imaginatively
• Address behavioral challenges proactively and positively
• Ensure a clean and safe camp environment




• Document incidents efficiently in Microsoft Teams
Requirements:
• Experience in ABA or as a Behaviour Interventionist
• Transparent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Knowledge working with clients on the autism spectrum
• Background in program coordination beneficial
• Enrolled in or completed a related post-secondary program
