Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all front desk activities and guest reservations
• Assist guests with inquiries and concierge services
• Implement efficient housekeeping management and team organization
• Track and respond to guest service requests effectively
• Conduct property audits to uphold standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
