Enhance store operations as a dedicated Operations Consultant. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and exceptional client service during business hours.
This full-time role emphasizes maintaining standards of cleanliness and merchandise updates while training team members on Point-Of-Sale systems. You will assist in shipment processing, inventory control, and maintaining visual elements. Other key functions include effective communication with management and adherence to safety standards, all within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional client service during store hours
• Assist with cashier training and POS operations
• Maintain stockroom organization per company standards




• Participate in inventory control and loss prevention
• Communicate inventory concerns to management
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in retail/client service experience
• Solid computer and organizational skills
• Effective multi-tasking and time management abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability for varying shifts
Support retail excellence through detailed merchandising, client interactions, and efficient stock management.
