Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a Health Discipline required
• 2-5 years experience in acute care settings
• Demonstrated proficiency in psychosocial assessments
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of relevant healthcare legislation
