Make a difference in senior care as a Registered Practical Nurse. Focused on providing patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care while ensuring a holistic approach to each resident's needs.
This role involves working closely with seniors and unregulated care providers, delivering compassionate care in accordance with provincial standards. RPNs are key members of a multi-disciplinary team, fostering trust through effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care

• Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
• Mentor unregulated care providers effectively
Requirements:
• Current registration as an RPN
• Clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
