Drive LOTO safety initiatives as a dedicated Team Lead. Lead the implementation and enforcement of Lockout/Tagout protocols to ensure the highest level of worker safety across all shipboard projects.
In this leadership role, you will oversee LOTO processes, collaborating closely with the Project Management Office to integrate LOTO strategies into project work packages. By managing the LOTO team, you will ensure compliance with health and safety procedures while promoting best practices within the team. Your influence will extend to various departments, ensuring risks are assessed and mitigated effectively throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and control LOTO processes effectively
• Collaborate with project teams on LOTO strategies




• Develop pre-LOTO plans for vessel reception
• Lead team meetings to track LOTO status
• Promote HSE awareness across all operations
Requirements:
• Preferred education in engineering or marine engineering
• Experience in LOTO management
• Background in health and safety
• Robust communication skills; bilingual in French and English
• Federal security clearance completion required
