Who are you? you are an experienced Associate Director – Scheduling providing leadership and governance across complex capital programs, ideally within the natural resources sector . You will lead scheduling teams, oversee integrated master schedules, and provide strategic insights to support successful project delivery while promoting the values, purpose, and vision of Turner & Townsend. Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and governance for project planning and scheduling Manage and mentor scheduling teams,
driving consistency and performance Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 Lead WBS and CBS development, resource forecasting, and labour histograms Perform schedule analysis including critical path, logic checks, and risk assessments Review testing and commissioning schedules to ensure milestone alignment Deliver clear schedule insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field Experience delivering natural resources projects (e.G., mining, energy, utilities) Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 Proven team management and leadership experience Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments Additional Information The base salary range for this full-time role is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
