This position is suited for those passionate about architectural technologies. You will review and ensure compliance with building codes, prepare necessary documentation, and conduct site reviews. Your role will also involve attending meetings and presentations, contributing to the project's success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review design and shop drawings for compliance
• Prepare compliance reports, letters, and drawings
• Conduct site reviews and generate field reports
• Attend project meetings and occupancy demonstrations
Requirements:
• Technician or Technologist degree in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD LT, and SketchUp
• Knowledge of Building Code Parts 3 and/or 9
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License and ability to work in a hybrid setting
