Lead the quantity surveying process for complex construction projects. Utilize your expertise in contract administration and procurement to ensure successful project delivery while managing client relationships.
As a key member within the architecture and construction sector, you will oversee end-to-end contract management for high-profile developments. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and architects, to meet project goals effectively. You will also handle financial aspects by preparing construction estimates and conducting site inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quantity surveying services focusing on contracts
• Certify payments and conduct site inspections monthly
• Analyze change orders and tender packages




• Communicate regularly with clients to resolve issues
• Manage relationships to foster contract renewals
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience in estimating and procurement
• Solid knowledge of CIQS methods and contract conditions
• Outstanding communication skills for client interactions
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach
