This position operates under the guidance of the Property Accounting Supervisor. The Property Accountant will coordinate financial modeling, monthly reporting, and oversee lease administration processes. Expect impactful contributions in process improvements, ensuring accurate financial reconciliations, and fostering collaboration within property management and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage timely monthly financial reporting
• Maintain detailed monthly and annual account reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy in lease setups and escalations




• Assist with internal and external audit preparations
• Identify process improvement opportunities through automation
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience required
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general ledger systems
• CPA designation in progress or completed is preferred
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
