As part of your leadership role, you'll manage and guide a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the wellbeing and development of students. Your experience and compassion will be essential in fostering a nurturing atmosphere that encourages growth, success, and artistic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of the Student Living Centre
• Develop inclusive student life programming and activities
• Manage budgets and operational logistics effectively
• Ensure student supervision and address safety concerns
• Build robust relationships with parents and guardians for progress updates
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Education or Social Work
• 7+ years leadership experience with youth
• Proven track record in residential environments
• Knowledge of conflict resolution and student development
• Valid Class IV driver’s license required
