You'll also handle invoicing and support the local business presence while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute order entry according to established procedures
• Prepare and edit customer quotes promptly
• Follow up on quotes to secure sales conversions




• Manage invoicing and order settlements efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Office/Business Administration
• Commercial experience in order processing and quotations
• Familiarity with marine spare parts and service sales
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
