Enhance agent success as a Bilingual Knowledge Consultant in a fully remote role. Manage knowledge resources while supporting migration to the Right Answers platform and improving documentation processes.
This position plays a vital role in optimizing knowledge resources for agents. Initially focused on the Right Answers platform migration, you'll ensure the continuous improvement of job aids and documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to meet business needs while maintaining accurate and accessible information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support migration of content into the Right Answers platform
• Create and maintain process documentation for agents
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for accurate insights




• Apply taxonomy standards and version control for governance
• Develop user-friendly knowledge assets from complex procedures
Requirements:
• Experience in knowledge management or process documentation
• Strong writing and organizational skills required
• Proficiency with Office 365 and relevant technologies
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Change management experience is a plus
