Key Responsibilities:
• Support Account Managers with ongoing service needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Document all client activity and maintain service logs
• Resolve billing issues and ensure timely responses
• Create client reports and assist with compliance support
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Customer Service experience must be met
• Minimum 1 year in Life, Health, and Accident
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly regarded
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
