Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct final interviews for key store positions
• Manage training strategies and development initiatives
• Oversee schedule creation and time-off approvals




• Write performance reviews and manage assessments
• Ensure operational excellence across store functions
Requirements:
• 2-4 years management experience in retail or beauty
• Proven staffing and recruiting background
• Strong teams development and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities for influence
• Familiarity with Windows, Word, and Excel
