Be at the forefront of third-party resilience as a Manager. Spearhead the development and management of contingency plans, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks and compliance with regulatory expectations.
This role involves leading the design of robust contingency planning programs tailored to third-party risks while ensuring adherence to a unified operational resilience strategy. You will collaborate across functions to ensure seamless integration and monitor implementation effectiveness, providing expert guidance to teams handling complex disruptions involving external service vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the rollout of internal contingency plans
• Facilitate governance and standards for third-party management
• Coordinate business continuity and operational risk activities




• Validate exit strategies meet expectations
• Guide training and program compliance efforts
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years in risk management or continuity planning
• Solid familiarity with TPRM and risk evaluation frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of OSFI guidelines
• Proven ability to implement enterprise-wide programs
• Flexibility in addressing diverse operational challenges
