In this role, you will assist individuals in achieving optimal independence by providing personalized care tailored to diverse needs. Responsibilities span from daily personal support tasks to effective communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You’ll also document client information and report any changes to supervisors to ensure quality care continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care
• Monitor and report clients’ health and vital signs
• Support patient mobility and transfers
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
• CCA certificate from recognized institution
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
• Robust English communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
