Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support large-scale transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on improving system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency while driving modernization efforts across both legacy and cloud-based environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support reliability engineering initiatives across complex enterprise systems.Drive SRE, DevOps, and operational excellence practices across engineering and operations teams.Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems.Manage and contribute to large-scale transformation programs (SRE, DevOps, ITIL, or Cloud Operations).Enhance observability, monitoring, incident management, and automation strategies.Support modernization of legacy systems, including mainframe environments, into hybrid or cloud ecosystems.Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs,



and SLAs to ensure service reliability and performance.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement across the platform lifecycle.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in IT delivery, operations, reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or transformation initiatives (SRE, DevOps, ITIL, or Cloud Operations).Solid experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise application landscapes.Proven track record of driving cross-functional change across engineering and operations teams.Hands-on experience with reliability engineering principles, incident management, and system optimization.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with mainframe and other legacy technologies.Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and modernization strategies.Familiarity with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
