Laurels Bay Preschool is a STEM-oriented and Montessori-driven preschool. Our purpose is to establish a safe space for kids to discover, learn, and expand their understanding of the world.

We would like to employ a professional, Montessori-certified and passionate Preschool Supervisor who is willing to work on a preschool level on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate is to guarantee that our program provides excellent early childhood education programs based on the Montessori method of education in place and proper standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage an enriched Montessori curriculum.
- Lead teaching staff at preschool creating the team’s professional setting.




- Keep track of each child’s development and journal the developmental milestones.
- Ensure that childcare licensing regulations and safety requirements are also recorded and followed.
- Be in positive relations with children and the families of the children and with other staff members.

Qualifications

- MACTE-certified Montessori teacher.
- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 3 Certification.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Experience in early childhood education would be an advantage.
