Spitfire Recruiting is partnering with a global organization to find a Senior SAP Business Analyst who can lead complex SAP initiatives and drive meaningful business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys owning projects end-to-end from requirements gathering through to implementation and support. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, SAP teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements to ensure optimal solutions
- Design and configure SAP solutions across SD, MM, and EWM modules
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate closely with SAP developers (ABAP)
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
- Take on a module lead role within key SAP projects
- Train and support key users across the business
- Provide ongoing operational support including incident resolution and enhancements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues

What You Bring

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration within large-scale implementation projects




- Strong understanding of ABAP and system integrations (EDI, API, RFC)
- Deep knowledge of SAP business processes across SD, MM, and EWM
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- A customer-first mindset with strong decision-making capabilities

Qualifications

- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- SAP certification in SD and/or MM is considered an asset
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset
