Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end supplier performance and compliance

• Oversee RFI/RFP processes and supplier selections

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 7 years in category management and sourcing
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Previous Canadian Defence industry experience preferred
