This role requires a proven leader to oversee quality operations across various construction sites internationally. You will drive the ongoing development of Site Quality Supervisors while ensuring the integration of best practices in quality management. Your strategic insights will play a key role in enhancing project delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct a diverse Site Quality team across 15 countries
• Oversee consistent application of quality procedures
• Manage root cause analyses and non-conformity resolutions




• Create training initiatives on quality practices
• Minimize lead time impacts and associated costs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years in senior quality leadership
• Deep expertise in quality and improvement methodologies
• Solid leadership skills for global team dynamics
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Lead the evolution of quality practices globally, driving efficiencies and operational excellence in construction management.
