In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role within our retail team, focusing on both part-time and full-time opportunities. You’ll actively engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, and help develop the sales team through coaching and mentoring. Your keen understanding of retail dynamics will strengthen customer loyalty and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a comfortable experience for every customer
• Organize store events to engage the community
• Listen to and act on customer preferences
• Conduct product fittings for proper sizing
• Guide and support team development activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service
• Experience in a lead or senior role preferred
• Robust commitment to customer satisfaction
• Warm attitude with a proactive approach
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
