We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to oversee a key portfolio in Quebec. This role offers significant growth opportunities through managing existing clients and acquiring new business, while delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in project management.

The Business Development Manager will focus on maximizing value with large-volume customers by emphasizing client retention and account development. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities, auditing accounts, and meeting targets and satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business within hospitals and large-volume clients.
- Support and execute customer account strategies aligned with key metrics such as client acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Create account plans including contract details and service offerings.
- Manage projects and solve problems to achieve outcomes across departments.
- Provide ongoing education to clinical staff on products and services related to safety,



sustainability, and efficiency.
- Serve as a product expert across our service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, logistics, and finance.
- Support new product installations and program implementations at customer sites.
- Participate in strategic customer meetings and quarterly reviews, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of industry sales experience (preferred).
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in hospital services or related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in value-based selling and presentation skills.
- Proficient in computer skills including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
