Elevate employee experience as a energetic HR Business Partner. Provide strategic support in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness within a diverse and inclusive framework.
In this role, you'll work closely with leaders to enhance organizational culture and drive positive outcomes through effective HR practices. You'll use your expertise in consultative support to evaluate needs across internal teams while leading initiatives aimed at recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. Collaboration with the People & Culture team will be essential to achieving your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative support on diverse HR issues
• Partner with leaders on talent management strategies




• Facilitate evaluations for new and existing positions
• Support recruitment processes for diverse talent
• Conduct workplace investigations and produce reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years as an HR generalist
• CPHR designation preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commitment to diversity and equity in the workplace
