Job Summary

TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeking proven sales professionals to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to achieve professional goals while flexing your work schedule.

Responsibilities

- Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
- Develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
- Build your own business using TD’s #1 rated brand.
- Participate in monthly coaching sessions and joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager.
- Use the sales management system to manage leads and activity.

Qualifications

- Proven sales track record.
- Strong capability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Entrepreneurial with a proactive and strategic approach.
- Self‑starter and independent, self‑managed professional.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
- Post‑secondary education (preferred).

Work Location: Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking.
Pay: $0.00 – $0.00 CAD, with commissions.

The role is eligible for commission based earnings. Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, geographic location, and business needs.
