Position Details
Sessional Instructor positions are available for the 2026 Winter term. Courses are available in Sociology (SOC 232.3 Methods of Social Research) and French (FRE 103.3 Beginning French I and FRE 125.3 Intermediate French II).
Responsibilities
- Teaching courses
- Marking assignments and examinations
- Supervising the work of teaching assistants (if applicable)
- Maintaining regular office hours
Qualifications
- Education: University Master's Degree; Ph.D. in the discipline preferred; candidates with a Master's Degree and appropriate experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in the area of the course is expected.
- St. Thomas More College recognizes seniority of sessional lecturers in accordance with its Collective Agreement (Article 5.1.10.8).
