Requirements
3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, quick-service or casual dining environment.
Proven track record of achieving operational goals, building teams, and driving sales.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on operator with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Understanding of scheduling, P&L; management, and cost control principles.
