This temporary position focuses on leveraging analytics to support talent strategy within a progressive environment. Working under a Senior Data Scientist, you'll engage in end-to-end workforce reporting, partner with senior leaders, and architect data systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly workforce reporting and reconciliation
• Architect internal data fabric within analytics function
• Develop scalable data pipelines for insights projects

Requirements:
• MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• 2 years experience in HR Analytics or Planning
• Proficiency in HR technology and data tools
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Snowflake
• Solid analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
