Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing services to stable patients
• Coordinate activities of daily living support
• Administer prescribed medications effectively
• Collaborate with RNs/RPNs on patient condition changes
• Participate in safety programs and training
Requirements:
• Graduation from an LPN program or equivalent experience
• Current full licensure with the CPLBC
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use various computer applications
• Physical capacity to perform designated duties
