Lead financial management initiatives as a Senior Finance Manager. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that support operational objectives and enhance profitability.
In this key role, you'll act as a strategic partner to various Lines of Business. Prepare budgets and forecasts while ensuring they are based on sound analysis and financial principles. You will provide timely management reports and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, enabling informed decisions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage annual budgets for LOBs
• Conduct quarterly forecasts and management reviews
• Create detailed monthly financial management reports
• Formulate business cases for operational changes
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance
• At least 3 years in financial management
• Robust financial reporting and analysis skills
• Proficient in Excel and financial software
