Key Responsibilities:
• Own the e-commerce P&L; and alignment with targets
• Oversee ongoing marketing initiatives across digital channels
• Manage site operations and performance metrics
• Ensure data governance across e-commerce systems
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives
Requirements:
• 8–15+ years in e-commerce leadership
• Solid experience in managing platform ecosystems
• Proven abilities in performance marketing and SEO
• Familiarity with ERP systems beneficial
• MBA preferred
