We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative professional to join our team as a Content & CRM Marketing Specialist, helping transform our Experience Centre into a high-performance content studio and CRM-driven growth engine.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional marketing role.
As the Content & CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be the on-site brand ambassador and operational marketing lead for our flagship Experience Centre.
You will:
- Lead executive-level tours and live product demonstrations
- Produce high-quality video content
- Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Drive measurable engagement and lead attribution
You will work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and technology partners to position GAV MGMT as a national leader in enterprise AV and AI-enabled security integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the Experience Centre
- Ensure the space reflects premium brand standards
- Maintain demo environments with the technical team
Public Speaking & Client Engagement
- Lead tours and live demos
- Present GAV’s solutions and partner technologies
- Host Experience Centre events and briefings
Video Content Creation
- Produce YouTube-style walkthroughs, demos, and event recaps
- Edit video content for LinkedIn, website, and campaigns
- Collaborate on scripting and distribution strategy
Event Planning & Marketing
- Plan and execute partner tours, media previews, and industry events
- Manage vendors, logistics, and follow-up
Marketing & CRM Management
- Own HubSpot CRM including workflows, reporting, and attribution
- Maintain clean contact data and lifecycle management
- Support email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Monitor performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
Relationship Management
- Support co-marketing initiatives with technology partners
- Maintain relationships with vendors, media, and industry stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM management, events, or client-facing roles
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Comfortable and natural on camera
- Demonstrated video editing experience
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience in AV, technology, retail, or experiential marketing is an asset
- Market-competitive salary ($60,000–$70,000 based on experience)
