As a key member of the addictions withdrawal management team, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to clients’ needs. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed assessments and collaborating closely with Addictions Counsellors and Nurse Practitioners. This role focuses on maintaining high care standards and enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality client-centered nursing in withdrawal management
• Conduct impactful assessments to support recovery




• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for effective treatments
• Develop and implement client care plans
• Attend to safety and security needs of clients
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• Accredited Practical Nursing Diploma essential
• Minimum of one year in hospital-based mental health nursing
• Current B.C.L.S. certification needed
• Engagement in ongoing training in mental health required
You will leverage your interpersonal skills and nursing expertise to provide comprehensive care and support to clients navigating their recovery journey.
