Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our QA team and support the testing of FIELDBOSS , a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , along with several integrated platforms.

In addition to core Dynamics functionality, the QA team is responsible for validating integrated system components , including mobile applications , AI‑powered agents , and Power BI reporting . This role focuses on manual testing , test case design, and defect validation while working closely with Product, Engineering, and other QA team members.

The role follows a structured QA process that separates test case creation from active test execution , supporting consistency, accuracy, and reliable release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Test Case Design & Maintenance

- Create detailed, user‑focused test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure test cases fully cover functional scenarios, edge cases, and expected system behavior
- Write test cases that are clear, repeatable, and executable by other testers
- Participate in test case reviews with QA peers and Product stakeholders
- Maintain and update test cases and test plans using the team’s standard QA tools

Test Execution & Validation

- Execute assigned test plans and accurately record results (pass, fail, blocked)
- Perform functional, regression, and release validation testing across:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- FIELDBOSS mobile applications
- AI‑driven agents and automation features




- Power BI reports and data visualizations
- Validate end‑to‑end business workflows spanning multiple integrated systems
- Log high‑quality defects with clear reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, and supporting evidence
- Re‑test resolved defects and confirm fixes before closure
- Identify and communicate blocked testing scenarios due to environment, data, access, or integration dependencies

Collaboration & Release Support

- Participate in kickoff and alignment discussions when required
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and testing expectations
- Support QA sign‑off activities by ensuring all scoped test cases across systems are executed and documented
- Communicate testing risks, gaps, or cross‑system impacts clearly and early

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in software quality assurance or software testing
- Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience testing integrated systems (for example: mobile apps, reporting, or external services)
- Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle




- Ability to interpret acceptance criteria and translate them into executable tests
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a structured QA process
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test case management, test execution, or bug tracking
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Test Runner workflows
- Experience testing:
- Mobile applications
- Power BI reports or data‑driven dashboards
- Exposure to automated testing tools or frameworks (for example, Leapwork)
- Experience supporting regression test suites and release validation cycles
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
