In this position, you will support the business development team by evaluating creditworthiness and structuring lease transactions that meet member needs. Close collaboration with relationship managers and the Credit team ensures alignment with risk management policies while fostering a positive, community-driven atmosphere. Your analytical skills will help drive meaningful financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial statement analysis for leasing
• Assist in structuring complex lease agreements
• Liaise with Members and internal partners
• Monitor lease portfolio performance continuously
• Implement risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance
• At least 3 years’ industry experience
• Familiarity with financial modeling tools
• Previous experience in commercial leasing preferred
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
