Responsibilities

Ensure that Revit family libraries are optimal in terms of performance and functionality, meeting industry standards and business needs, in collaboration with the BIM Coordinator.

Support modeling teams in the management of digital models on major projects, particularly with regard to organization of views, detection and management of clashes, and overall structuring of the model.

Identify and share advanced modeling practices, establishing processes that enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.

Maintain and revise documentation of modeling standards.

Develop methods for making full use of digital mock‑ups throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and manage continuous improvement projects linked to the use of digital mock‑ups, such as integrating work progress monitoring directly into the mock‑up.

Ensure compatibility of modeling methods with other systems and software used in the construction process or by partners, by working closely with the concerned teams.

Keep abreast of the latest BIM/VDC tools, software and technologies,



assessing their relevance and recommending solutions that improve efficiency.

Advanced mastery of Revit, with practical experience in creating and managing complex BIM models.

Interest in future technologies including AI.

Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of Trimble software, particularly Sysque, and its integration with Revit and related software is an asset.

Advanced knowledge of computer systems.

Programming skills (Dynamo or other) are an asset.

Strategic vision.

Qualifications

- College diploma: DEC finished.
- 6 to 9 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in French.
