Drive exceptional client experiences as a Client Experience Manager. Lead a passionate team while ensuring optimal sales floor performance and customer engagement in a dynamic retail environment.
This full-time position focuses on team coaching, training, and event management to enhance the client experience. Collaborating with various team members, you will oversee the successful execution of store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. Your leadership will directly impact team performance and store goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new and existing Beauty Advisors
• Respond to client feedback and enhance service
• Manage in-store events with the Beauty Services team




• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards
• Facilitate vendor training and product knowledge
Requirements:
• 2-4 years management experience in beauty or retail
• Proven track record in team motivation
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
• Ability to handle tough conversations effectively
Influence store success by creating high-performing teams focused on exceptional client interactions and brand loyalty.
