In this fully remote role, you will manage shareholder concerns, coordinating resolution across multiple internal teams. Your expertise in research and communication will ensure effective case management while identifying trends for process improvement. Strong analytical skills are crucial for excelling in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage research cases with timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams for full resolution
• Prepare training recommendations and incident reports
• Participate in calibration sessions and analysis forums
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in business or finance
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proven experience in complex customer case handling
• Familiarity with Contact Centre processes and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
