Enhance technology engagement as a Technology Adoption Intern. Travel to communities, assist residents and associates, and gather insights for meaningful improvements in technology use.
This field role focuses on onsite visits to communities to evaluate technology adoption among residents and associates. You'll identify gaps, provide hands-on support, and assist with onboarding onto key platforms such as Microsoft 365. Engaging with teams through training and live demos will be crucial to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to residential communities for technology assessments
• Identify gaps and opportunities for adopting technology
• Provide training and support on internal applications
• Log support requests and escalate complex issues




• Summarize observations for technology team insights
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled or completed studies in relevant field
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technology
• Strong communication skills in person and online
• Organized, dependable, with valuable documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
