Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent, you will manage the Mental Health Capacity Building initiative. Your role involves mentoring and supervising staff while developing programs aligned with provincial priorities. You'll also facilitate partnerships with community organizations, ensuring effective service delivery and addressing mental health needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise MHCB initiative staff
• Create and implement mental health service plans
• Build partnerships with local community agencies
• Facilitate workshops for families and stakeholders
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in social sciences or related field
• 3 years of experience in mental health or prevention programming
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development and mental health
• Valid driver’s license required
