Lead the charge in user adoption as an Instructional Designer. Craft innovative learning experiences that prepare teams for impactful technology changes in a adaptable work environment.
As part of the training team, you will utilize your 6-8 years of instructional design expertise to influence technology integration across the organization. Your role will encompass creating learning strategies, developing training materials, and facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions. You'll act as a key player in ensuring successful transitions to new systems through effective content delivery and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee learning program deployment for new technologies
• Create engaging training content tailored for tech initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning requirements
• Facilitate effective training experiences for diverse audiences
• Sustain training materials reflecting changing business needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or equivalent
• 6-8+ years of experience in a technical environment
• Proven ability to simplify technical concepts in training
• Strong facilitation and content creation skills
• Familiarity with WalkMe and modern educational tools
